This document provides information regarding the processing of personal data by Henneo Media, S.A. (hereinafter, HENNEO) through this website. This data is collected when you visit or access our website, request information, contact us, or submit job applications, among other interactions.

The processing of your data is governed by this Privacy Policy, as well as by the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018, of 5 December 2018, on Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPD).

HENNEO may subcontract data storage systems to IT service providers located in Europe or the United States, subject to the data protection regulations of the respective jurisdictions. Data may be transferred internationally, with appropriate legal measures in place, such as specific contractual clauses.

Your data will not be subject to automated processing that may have legal consequences.

If you provide us with personal data related to third parties, you guarantee and assume responsibility for any consequences arising from this action. In such cases, you must inform these third parties about the disclosure of their data to HENNEO and its processing for the appropriate purposes.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory, and requests without these data will not be processed.

submitting job applications

Data related to your job application, including CVs, cover letters, and attachments submitted via the “Work With Us” section, will be specifically processed by HENNEO to manage current and/or future selection processes within our company or any other Henneo Group companies listed at https://www.henneo.com/en/group-companies/.

For the same purposes and when relevant to your candidacy, profile, and potential job offers, your data may be shared with Henneo Group companies, in accordance with the legitimate interest of the parent company in managing the group, unless you expressly object.

To evaluate your application, we may request references from previous employers, and we may contact these references as part of our legitimate interest in verifying the accuracy of your qualifications. We may also contact referred companies to gather information relevant to our selection process.

If you applied for a specific job posting, your data will be retained until the end of the corresponding selection process. If there is no specific vacancy, you can submit your data through the “Work With Us” section, and we will retain this information for a maximum of two years, after which it will be deleted, unless you provide explicit authorization for continued retention.

If your application is successful, HENNEO will contact you to collect additional personal data necessary for the formalization of your job offer and the pre-employment procedures.

By submitting the form and information on these pages, you expressly authorize HENNEO to process and communicate the provided data, and this consent can be revoked at any time. You also authorize us to contact you through various channels, including phone, messaging systems, email, and paper correspondence.

data processing related to the ethical channel

All data provided through the Ethical Channel for reporting incidents, inquiries, crimes, or serious or very serious administrative infringements will be processed by the Manager for the Internal Information System (System Manager) of HENNEO and the Henneo Group.

The System Manager is responsible for receiving, admitting, registering, processing, and resolving complaints regarding the violation of current regulations, in accordance with Spanish Act 2/2023, dated February 20th, regulating the protection of individuals reporting regulatory violations and corruption, and Henneo’s Criminal Risk Compliance and Prevention Program, available at https://www.henneo.com/en/corporate-compliance-2.

Data provided through this channel, including attached files and other data generated for managing complaints and clarifying facts, will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as legally required. Information may be shared with professionals specifically designated to process the complaint and, if necessary, with competent authorities.

Your identity will be protected, and it will not be disclosed to individuals or third parties involved in the reported incidents. Anonymous reporting is also accepted.

Additionally, data may be disclosed to the company’s Human Resources Officer when disciplinary measures against an employee are necessary, to legal advisors when legal measures are required in relation to the reported facts, to designated data processors, and to the Data Protection Officer.

If reported facts could constitute a crime or a serious or very serious administrative infringement and contain unnecessary personal data, in accordance with Spanish Act 2/2023, dated February 20th, such data will be immediately deleted without recording or processing. Special categories of data, such as ethnic or racial origins, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health, or sexual life data, are not allowed to be submitted. If such data is received, it will be immediately deleted without being recorded or processed.

Appropriate legal, organizational, and information security measures will be implemented to protect data confidentiality and privacy. Data will be retained for the time required to process the report or complaint, and any inaccurate information will be deleted unless its inaccuracy may constitute a criminal offense, in which case the information will be retained for the duration of any related judicial proceedings.

In any case, data will be deleted, except for system operation records, if no investigative actions are initiated within three months. Communications that are not processed will be anonymized.

You may use external channels provided by public agencies, institutions, bodies, or organizations of the European Union for information related to reporting.

HENNEO uses video surveillance cameras in its facilities for security, access management, and employee monitoring, in accordance with our legitimate interests. Your data will not be shared with third parties except in legally required cases, and communication will be limited to the minimum necessary for the intended purposes. Recorded images will be retained for a maximum of one month, unless requested by competent authorities for investigation purposes. You have the right to access, erase, and restrict the processing of your images at any time, in accordance with applicable law.

YOUR RIGHTS

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection, erasure, restriction of processing, and, where applicable, data portability, under legally established conditions. Additionally, if you consider your data is not being processed adequately, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority.
